If you are applying for a grant, usually the funding body will draw up an agreement for you if you are successful.

If you have another arrangement, include what you have worked out from each module in the project brief. The project brief has information about what the project is about, and why and how it's being done.

The agreement means putting on paper everyone's responsibilities in the project. These responsibilities may include: who will be running workshops, who is providing insurance, who owns copyright, who will be doing evaluation etc.

This is an example of what a shared agreement may include based on the information you have read in the different modules, and may help you develop a draft agreement for your project.

Typically this type of agreement could be used for contracts of up to $20,000. It is important to note that each agreement will vary for each project according to the individual needs and situations of the parties involved. It is always a good idea to seek your own legal advice when developing or entering into any agreement.
